I would be flattered, but would ultimately turn her down.

Not due to the age thing though (I'm 35, will be 36 in October) but rather because I don't feel I'm fit to be in a relationship with anybody.

I am and I judge each and every person on a case by case basis so saying every single 19 year old looks like a child is not something I can agree with. Just like I don't agree that every single 19 year old is annoying. Hell, I find quite a few people my age to be annoying and immature, that doesn't mean I would classify every person over 30 to be annoying and/or immature.
