I hate to say it as I enjoy her character and shes just a kid, but her acting seems kind of...off?

They decided to make it so formulaic. Season 2 and 3 really dont do much of anything but tell the same story again and meander around for like 10 episodes before the big bad is ultimately defeated or is it

Their ever expanding cast of characters all need something to do and it ends up just dragging down the whole show. The main cast has less to do, and most really dont do anything. If you really sit back and think of it, most dont really do a damn thing and have zero character development or arc whatsoever

I think theyre way too invested in the the fan reception. So we have to have a Barb type character in every season. We have to have a pairing of characters that plays to the audience.

All of this missing the point of what made the show so interesting in the first place. It has a really fantastic premise and they nailed the atmosphere completely. The perfect cast and writing put it over the top.

And then 2 season later and we still dont have any real understanding of the upside down. The story hasnt progressed in a very meaningful way.

And I made a topic about this months ago but honest to god theres like 6 episodes in an row where all the characters are split up into 4-5 groups and theyre all yelling at each other. I found it so obnoxious and annoying.

and yeah, its like the writers heard people on internet loved her small airtime last season and went too ham with her character.
