China has no real incentive to make things less contentious, and all the incentive to let the turmoil get worse. China's leaders can weather the storm of an economic depression much longer than Trump can, especially w/ his re-election coming in a year. I'm genuinely rooting for Trump to not back down. Go get 'em, tiger! Make the tariffs even higher! Been waiting for like 5 fucking years for the next recession so I can finally buy into the stock market and purchase a house. Afik she wasnt exactly poor herself when she married him not mega rich sure but she was well off I understand.
