I've probably played ones I really liked and can't think of. But I do remember playing and enjoying Don't Starve. I generally don't play them unless they've got something HUGELY significant as a secondary game mechanic to recommend them, and even then, I tend to bypass them as much as possible and just focus on the other thing. In Minecraft you can take your sweet time and be god-like eventually, but in Don't Starve you always feel like time is against you. A lot of that is lost when you're just watching it. I believe there's a game mod or something for it that would turn it to that kind of a game which, given that it's still Skyrim, would likely be enjoyable for being Skyrim. Rimworld hits the same reward center in my brain so I'm all over it. I actually just tried the Minecraft demo for the first time, which is funny with how old it is and how long I've been interested in trying it. And how many games I've played which were obviously derived from it, like Terraria. I need to buy it when I have money and go have myself an old school adventure. Other favorites are Starbound, Don't Starve, Ark (For a while, I haven't gotten back to that game in a long time), Oxygen Not Included, watching my husband play Subnautica. There's a decent little indie game out there called Rise to Ruins that has had a lot of stuff added to it since I last played.
