A fucking 7/6 for 3. Only downside is you discard a card every turn. Doesn't even matter if you can't, you don't sacrifice it, and discarding is barely a disadvantage at this point. What a fucking joke.

It's a pretty big downside if not properly managed and has lots of counters. Maybe you're just bad at the game.

There are tons of answers! Unless you're playin standard. Don't know them answers. Either way pop the creature and it's a 2 for 1. P good deal.

It's not a big downside with a deck built around graveyard manipulation, which is massive right now. It'd be OK if it was lower health - 4 should be the max for it.

There's no real answers for red without blowing tons of resources.

If you have to sideboard to possibly deal with it, it isn't balanced.

If you arent using a sideboard in BO3 to deal with likely problems for your deck in the meta then youre a bad Magic player.

Good to know you don't understand balancing.

Sideboard weakness doesn't make a card balanced. Every card has some sideboard weakness or another. Sideboarding is meant to give tools to deal with deck archetypes, not individual components, and the only time you should have to sideboard for an individual card is when the entire deck revolves around it.

Chandra, Nahiri, Literally two fucking Wizards Lightnings, chump blocking, steamkin + a 2/2. Regisaur is a pretty mediocre card. And sideboarding those cards would help with Jund Dinos or any tall decks

Literally none of that makes it balanced. Again. You're talking spending a lot of resources for it. That isn't mediocre at all.

uhhh that's not how it works

the express intended purpose of a sideboard is to deal with stuff your main deck doesn't have a good answer to

No. Read my post on sideboarding, it's for dealing with archetypes, not individual cards.

Then stop crying and play a deck that isnt dipshit mono-red (which is one of the strongest archetypes and has lots of good players who know how to play the game and deal with a shitty Regisaur)

Lol, what a comeback from the guy whining about dealing with a mediocre card while running one of the strongest decks in the archetype (well, RDW is, if youre running some jank-ass budget red deck thats your own problem)

I get too frustrated playing Arena because people are too dumb to play, and it's not like I'm playing rookies new to the game. I'm at a really high level, so I play high level people

They just can't do simple match or feel like they have to play everything.

Magic is definitely far from being a worst offender of power creep. In fact I would say they moved in the reverse, because some of the original cards are just straight up game breaking.

There is power creep a little when it comes to creature power per mana spent. But rotating regisaur is definitely not overpowered. It is good, but not hard to deal with at all. If anything be like everyone else and hate on Teferi. He is way more annoying.

Standard right now is super balance. Decks with Regisaur are definitely not the best ones, I'm not sure if it qualifies for t1 or t2 even. If it had trample it would be a problem. Without it, it can just be chump blocked by tokens or destroyed or any other easy ways to ignore it.
