Im 28 and Im recently single after being in a relationship for 8 years. Two thoughts:

1. Where the hell was this when I was 18-21?
2. Even though theyre 18, seeing 18-19 year olds to swipe on feels so weird. I updated my settings to not see them anymore but it feels wrong that 30+ year olds are out here creeping on 18 year olds. I get theyre legal... it just feels borderline pedo to me.

Third thought: it would be super easy to get laid on here if you have zero standards. But all the cute girls seem to have unrealistic expectations.

Tinder is pretty hopeless for dudes, especially for anything beyond a hookup. There was a reddit post about it the other day, apparently out of 300k swipes (across 10 dudes), there were a total of 6 dates.

Thats a good story, congrats. Maybe Im just being weird because I have a brother who is 17 and I feel like I was looking through his friends lol

Im starting to realize that the more I use it. I love how they try enticing you to pay for their gold account to blur out the people that like your profile.

TC, try the app "hinge", you'll have better luck on there.

All the attractive girls on tinder are just trying to get you to follow them on their instagram. It's a total waste of time.

A girl I'm friends with and I started using tinder at the same time 4 months ago. She found and started dating her current bf in as little as three weeks... I, on the other hand... still haven't had a single date.

That is to say, SOME dudes have luck on there, but most don't. Hinge is more oriented towards dating as opposed to tinder which is just swiping and hoping beyond all doubt that you get laid somehow.
