Pretty good, though not as good as the first. Stephen Kings cameo was bizarrely long. Would recommend.

The first was definitely better. IT, as a monster, is decidedly less frightening when you make it face off against adults.

did it cut down on the music stings? i really don't like music stings, I'd rather a movie just be scary based on tension and atmosphere

Saw it last night - really good! First is definitely a better horror movie, while this is more interested in character stuff which I suppose is appropriate for the adult arc. To be fair though Chapter One is in my all time greats lists so I wasn't really expecting this to top it.
