I think they do. They have a potentially large amount of characters to add to the cast if they wanted.

Yeah, I believe they have full movie rights to literally everything in the Spider-Man universe, past, present, and future.

I want to say that theres likely some kind of loophole that could allow them to use Miles considering he was created much much after the sale, possibly as long as they change the hero name or something, but thats just me speaking out my ass. I would think that its possible considering the loophole used for them to include Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, despite them being X-Men characters.

That was only because they are also Avengers characters.

It depends on the nature of the deal. If the deal says they own all Spider-man characters including new ones created, then they fully own Miles. The Scarlet Witch/Quicksilver loophole was only because Marvel argued that they were primarily Avengers and not X-Men. A similar loophole existed with Kingpin back when Fox owned Daredevil so they AND Sony were allowed to use him since he's heavily associated with both DD and Spidey.
