The family of 43 y/o Jeffrey Buckmeyer in Oregon who died of a HEART ATTACK, several months after he was falsely accused of having CHILD PORN on his phone by TARGET have now launched a lawsuit against the retail giant!!...

They're launching the stunning 7 figures against Target for negligence, false arrest and intentional infliction of emotional distress that led to his sudden death

On July 24, 2018, he was accused by an employee at Target of having child abuse or child porn on his cell phone and it sparked an FBI investigation where he was arrested in front of neighbors and his electronics were seized

Several months following the probe, the insurance salesman who lived by himself and had a teen daughter in California died of a heart attack

Now his family is suing Target on behalf of his estate, suspecting that the stress of being investigated as a child molester and handcuffed and interrogation led to his death

In July, he went to Target asking for help on freeing up storage on his IPhone 6 as the employee claimed he found explicit images and provided shocking detail and naked and bound children on his device

He said he found a folder that had more than 1000 pics and he viewed 15 to 20 of it and described in nature of what he saw were naked girls who appear 10 or younger of different ethnicities as it was some "sadomaschistic abuse" and claimed he saw Buckmeyer AROUSED in them

He alerted security who then took down Buckmeyer's license plate number and reported it to police

A month later Buckmeyer was arrested and his neighbors were told of the allegations against him and was restricted in how much time he had with his daughter

Despite 4 months of investigation, the FBI DIDN'T find any child porn or proof he abused children

His lawyer,Graham Fisher said "Not a shred of evidence"

He was never charged and the case was dropped following 120 days of court granted permission to seize his electronics

Buckmeyer had no criminal history and only had driving infractions as Michael Fuller, a civil attorney said Buckmeyer was a "straight shooter"

It doesn't say why the employee made the allegations as the lawsuit claims that employee intended to inflict severe and emotional distress

Target hasn't identified that employee and they are STILL employed there!!
