If you guys get a call of someone attempting to commit fraud, trying to purchase like $500 worth of merchandise using a fraudulent credit card that had it's number/name shaved (magnetic swipe and chip ruined), what do you guys ask/do?
Like if we call the Visa/MasterCard customer support to verify the legitimate name of the cardholder, and they reply that the card belongs to someone other than the name listed on the altered card, is that enough proof for them to get a nice ride down to the station? ... Copied to Clipboard!
