21 y/o Republican Student, Ian Milaski, who attends the University of Florida has been set FREE on BOND despite PINNING down a female student and attempting to RAPE her when he lured her to his dorm room..and dailymail has learned that the judge released him WITHOUT having to pay the bond because he is a HIGH ACHIEVING student and is LOVED by the community!!

The senior with a double major in business and economics was initially booked with 125,000 but his attorney filed a motion asking for his release citing he's a "high-achieving student and a member of the University of Florida community" who is "well liked" by the people and is an excellent student with outstanding grades.

Defense lawyer, Ronald Kozlowski described his filing as a "misunderstanding"among "platonic" friends fueld by alcohol and nothing suggests he is a danger to the community

Judge Mark Moseley sided with them and agreed to release him on bond and under the conditions he wears a GPS device and have no contact with the accuser and only attend "necessary" events at the University

Judge Moseley is a MINISTER and former prosecutor specializing in sex crimes. He said "As a minister, i've had the opportunity to counsel people. It's also given me the insight of knowing sometimes people can make mistakes, even great mistakes but that doesn't mean that they're not good people and that they can turn their lives around"

On August 25, just before 2am, Milaski called a female student he was with and asked her to bring him some water because he was drunk. When the women arrived at Weaver Hall, the victim gave him water and walked to his room. That's when he attempted to "make out" with her and she said "No" but the 6'2, 165 pound Milaski RESTRAINED her by pulling on her waist and said "I want to sleep with you"

She told the drunken RA to stop but he blocked her exist and implored her to have sex with him. She then made up a story about needing to get her keys but that's when he PICKED HER UP and threw her on his bed and positioned on top of her and began putting his hands underneath her underwear as she believed he was trying to digitally penetrate her and kept trying to "finger" her through her underwear but refused to let her go despite cries to stop

She was ableto break free and fled before telling 2 male friends who then walked her back to her dorm and described her as shaken and scared

2 hours later she heard her door room opening and an outline of a person standing in the hallway and said "i see you", she realized it was Milaski and felt terrified as he LAYED DOWN next to her and she screams for her awakened friend who then yelled at him to leave

Milaski admitted to police he grabbed her and repeatedly tried to get her to have sex with him

The woman told Dailymail that she knew him for more than a year and considered him a friend and trusted individual since he was an RA as she doesn't want this to be "swept under the rug" and will continue to fight this to the very end

Milaski's lawyer successfully argued that the 125,000 bond was too much for his parents because it's beyond their "modest means" and asked to release him without bond citing Hurricane Dorian approaching and that he will miss a lot of school while in jail where his academic future will be jeopardized

Milaski is also a registered Republican who met with Marco Rubio during a campaign stop

The judge agreed who said he was a man "beloved" by the community and doesnt want to jeopardize his future for something he may or MAY NOT have committed

This comes as Stanford Jerk,Brock Turner was released from prison and is now a registered sex offender working at a cushy 12 an hour job at a power plant.
