Chameleon as in invisible?

Two different affects in the Elder Scrolls games.
Invisibility is "you can't be seen unless you do something/bump into an enemy that it stops working".
Chameleon makes it harder to be seen. At 100%, you are effectively never going to be detected in combat. It can break a few scripts actually

Yes. I'm a Imperial spellmage. Light armor, blades, destruction, acrobatic and athletic are gonna be my main attributes. Thievery and personality will be my minor skills. It's gonna be epic.

Well you're gonna break the game and/or make it too easy with 100% chameleon
Plus both acrobatics and athletics are terrible major skills.
Plus Imperials are also a terrible race.

Really, what in the name of Rondetty are you doing here?

That's the point.

So I should make them a minor skill? I loved being fast and jumping really high in Morrowind.

Yes they are but I think Imperial is like the canon race for the player in Oblivion so I used him. Besides, I'm racist against fictional cat and lizard people.

I mean it really doesn't matter now since your literally going undetecable all the time. Outside of fall damage, poison damage and possibly getting hit while watching the AI fight itself, you're not dying.

What build did you even want? Also acrobatics in general is pretty terrible at 100 for jumping. You'd be better off using the console commands to bump it to 250

I want to be good with destruction magic but also good with a one handed blade with light armor mostly. I wanna be able to move fast too. I want to be a summoner but I thought that shit takes too long.

There's no actual point in playing tbh with 100% chameleon. It legitimately makes all the content pointless. Especially follower quests since they'll just die.

Like there's legit no point of a build

You should go with a '+5 to stats on level up' mod. Otherwise, juggling whether you shoot a few dozen arrows on a Tuesday as opposed to a Wednesday in order to get +5 to a stat instead of +1 or +2 is just stupid from a conceptual standpoint.

Most of the default leveling and classes are stupid too tbqh. Any class with multiple weapon types as main skills is a waste, as are certain main skills that level way too quickly compared to others. That's why most folks end up making a custom class. There's also the Star Sign to choose. Melee types might want a Sign that buffs Endurance for more HP, since health gains are not retroactive and that stat should be maxed ASAP. For the rest the Thief sign is good since Luck can only ever be increased by 1 point per level up, and that Sign grants +10 to it.

The way combat and stamina works will have you quite glad for the increased stats of a +5 mod as well, as otherwise you're left standing around like a fool for 30 seconds waiting for stamina to regen so you can smack a monster twenty more times just to drop its health total by 33%.

Then you get to grindy slog skills like Persuasion, where you play 'spin the wheel' a few hundred times to get better prices out of vendors. Early tip: if your version has the DLC installed, the guy added as a steward for the battle castle offers some of the best prices in town while in the Imperial City. He chills out in one of the taverns in the merchant district.

So in summary, yeah, consider getting a '+5 at level up' mod.

Yeah, get the leveling mod.

Else wise you probably want to make your "major" skills minor skills so you can more accurately control your level ups.

I only ever played on 360 so I did legit +5s on a couple characters and it was a major pain in the ass. I actually preferred just doing lvl 1 chars instead just leveling up skills and never sleeping...
