Don't wanna just microwave it

I want this to mean something

Also just FYI the Brooklyn pizza from Dominos is like a million times better than their regular pizza

I usually just microwave because whatever. >_>

But best reheated pizza I've had is using the air fryer. Just gotta watch it so it doesn't burn, doesn't take long.

This. It's baked in an oven, so just put it back in an oven.

Oven. If you want to take it to the next level, drizzle some olive oil over it, finish with some fresh herbs and then oven it.

I do mine on the stove top in a pan, low heat, like 3-4 and cover it with a pot lid. It makes the bottom a bit crispy and melts the cheese while retaining moisture. Microwaving it makes it rubbery, baking it can dry it out a bit if you aren't watching it closely.

Chef Ramsay said this on one of his shows once and I tried it and it's the only way I do it now.

imagine microwaving a pizza.

Always toaster oven. Always. Unless you're re-heating a pizza you just got like an hour ago.

skillet with foil tent or lid has ruin leftover pizza for me. its the only way i can eat it how.

put it on medium-low, dont add any thing to pan, oils in crust is enough, cover until the cheese melts.

ive never attempted toaster oven, might be similar. i wouldnt think the bottom crust would crisp back up like it does in a skillet tho.

This if it is a thicker piece of pizza. If it's new york-style, reheat it at 425 for three to five minutes.

@pinky0926

I got some extra-virgin lying around IIRC would that do the trick? Does it matter what kind?

the best way to reheat it is to eat it cold and let your natural body heat raise the temperature as its being digested

fresh hot pizza > cold pizza > reheated pizza

i meant ny style

reheated pizza runs the risk of the crust burning before the cheese is melty so i tend to not trust over 400 but 3-5 min doesnt sound bad

If you're worried about burning the crust then put it on a cooking sheet and don't preheat the sheet. That provides enough of an insulator to keep the crust from burning.

Ordinarily extra virgin is gonna be too precious to put on before you stick something in the oven (it has a low smoke point, meaning it burns easily), however since you are just reheating it, I think you'll be fine. Just keep an eye on it, wait till it just starts to sizzle through. Don't put the temperature above 360 if you're using that kind of oil.

Add some fresh basil, drizzle oil on, stick in oven till warmed through.. Will taste quite fresh this way.

I'd even season it again because I'm a fucking stoner madlad but I leave that up to you.

This pizza is deep fried without batter

Then that's what the cheese is for.

Cold pizza is disgusting I've never understood how that's a thing.

Oven at 400 or covered medium low skillet with a few drops of water is the way to go.

i mean, i guess so

doesn't seem like cheese would be a strong enough binding agent though, seems like it should be floating off with everything else

Bake the pizza, then fry it.

Just sticking with the baking sheet at 425F for 3-5 minutes today. Have a lack of oils and spices atm so just keeping it simple (although I do have some garlic powder lying around)

Although I wanna try everything mentioned ITT
