I powered through the mechanical bosses pretty easily after the advice that was given to me.

Now what the fuck do I do about Plantera? Hes harder than the mechanical bosses put together!

Dig out a huge area, flat ceiling and floor, and use gravitation potions to loop around it

Also, see about getting a cross necklace. It increases the invincibility you have after taking a hit, Plantera tends to try to stay on you and has lots of projectiles so it helps loads with that fight. Ichor works really well too, can make potions for melee, arrows/bullets for ranged, and a spell book for magic to inflict it with defense down.

Also, never let it get near the surface. It rages out and becomes much harder to deal with if you do. Like said above just dig out a nice big arena deep in the jungle caves and circles around it the best you can.

If you have crimson and you're using melee, make some ichor flasks. Or get ichor arrows on a bow.

I also like the Deadelous Stormbow + Holy Arrows combination. If your arena's big enough then she should be easy with that.
