Your personal health insurance might decide it's an "on-the-job" injury, even if you were just walking at the time, and decide not to cover it. But then your employer might decide that it's not an "on-the-job" injury, because you weren't actually performing the duties of your job right then, and refuse to submit a worker's comp claim. Might be worth to talking to a lawyer, just to know what your options are. --- With a thrill in my head and a pill on my tongue, dissolving the nerves has just begun. My job tries to get people to sign papers saying that say whatever happened to you didn't happen at work before you even get checked out fully. That hate paying for anything.
