I heard it during the Lions vs Cardinals NFL game in Phoenix last weekend and it has bothered me since. Standard rev up the crowd type situation. I'm trying to figure out if it's from a movie or show.
It's very simple and kind of sounds like like a siren but a sharp higher than lower note in succession. I did some research and it was originally composed by Quincy Jones as the theme for Ironside.
