Bought BL3 off their website last week and have yet to receive the download/cd key.
I ask them if I can get a refund, since it's taking too long and I'd rather get it off humble bundle or anywhere else and they go, "nope." I ask how much longer until I can actually get the game I purchased from them, and their support crew says, "No idea. You'll get it eventually." Fuck these humans. It's digital. How fucking long does it take to get someone a fucking download code that they paid for? --- I wrote a horror short story collection. they fucked with us too. made us stay up 3 hours to beat crawermax. they fixed the ledge glitch (makes it harder to do it the old way).
