Not quite hillbilly, but we drove through Spokane Washington on our way back from Victoria BC, and saw a bunch of homeless drug dealers get into a fist fight 50 feet from where I was gassing up my car. And a lot more homeless people shooting up near an underpass. Its the most sketched out I have ever felt in my travels, and I have been to third world countries in south/central America

I have relatives in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky so probably there.

I wouldn't count Nashville, but as soon as you leave Nashville in any direction, yes.

City is a strong word but most of my family is from Harriman, Tennessee so yeah, that.

There's like...5000 people, they're all backwoods as hell, and they all know each other.

Also Kes from Star Trek Voyager lives there and got arrested for indecent exposure a few years back.
