He was about 100 feet. Godzilla is about 300. Guessing he'll grow to maybe 200. He doesnt need to be exactly the same height when the next movie comes along. Also they could explain that ~~melting down at the end of KotM~~ expended a bunch of Gojis energy and depowered his durability a bit. Also Kong is probably faster and able to use things as weapons.
