They let me in in all the stuff going around. How the other supervisor from our dept is "going out" with one of his employees and is harassing her after she called it quits and got back with her BF. That one day he completely prohibited cell phone use for the whole floor after he found out she was texting with her BF. That he is making her look better performance wise than she actually is. That he was also caught promising the upcoming "team lead" position to another employee of his. He is also very unprofessional. Cracks jokes all the time and talks to anyone like he's known them their whole life.

Best part was that one of my coworkers was going to denounce him today...and he did. Had a meeting with our supervisor and told him everything since he figured it was a better option than telling HR who could very well do nothing. I kinda have the feeling my supervisor doesnt like him very much and may actually and hopefully pursue action towards him since he has pull with one the big higher ups. So I dont know if I should tell my supervisor the stuff I dont like from the other supervisor just so he has more to work with? We go back a couple of years and knows Im a serious and trust worthy person. Like I dont want to play with anybody's income, but the first person doing it is himself.
