I know a lot of people were saying RDR2 PC, but maybe it was an Undead Nightmare DLC? It was a full fledged story expansion that was about John Marston having to stop a curse that raised the dead and turned his family into zombies. The dog was just wondering around the skeleton graveyard, digging at stuff. He didn't try to attack me or anything. He also wasn't a new study for me. I try to look where he was digging and everywhere else but found nothing. The surrounding waters look very toxic and I kind of figured that's why he looked all fucked up. I think it's where Saint Denises waste goes.
