i've tried to use them to get off soda, but the dosages are always so high that it's counterproductive. I need 25mg, dammit, not 200.

I took two before my first time presenting at a meeting for my new job. I was afraid of drinking coffee because I was riding on two hours of sleep and didn't want to upset my stomach. It was a mistake, I probably looked like a crackhead up there. Did fine overall though.

I don't know if it really helps or not, still seems hard to focus and actually do shit. Also, sometimes it makes me feel like there's a pit in my stomach, not necessarily stomach pain, just a pit.

Used to go HAM on them way back in high school, just drink caffeinated beverages now. Antacids are key to mitigating the stomach burn.
