I watched the first episode of the new survivor, mainly just due to being desperate for something new to watch.

Tonight though , new episode of Young Sheldon and Good place and Sunday is new episode of The Rookie.

That is pretty much all I have right now, but i'll keep my eye out for something decent. I thought about giving the Unicorn a try cause it's got boyd from Justified in it, but watched the preview and it looks pretty freaking dumb.

So anyone excited about something combing back/premiering?

I'm so behind on modern family, me and my wife watched that and I have not seen it since she passed (or even the year she was in the hospital mostly, so like 4 years now. Hear it's the last season though. Might go back and binge watch them all eventually.

Another one I'm looking forward to, but it won't be out till summer, is Lucifer....I love that show and it got renewed and the last season is going to have 16 episodes!! Totally stoked about that.

Gonna also watch the last season of Supernatural when it comes out, forgot about that one.

The boys will be awhile (that's the anti-super hero, super hero one right from Amazon? I enjoyed it but yeah...probably be awhile. I forgot about Amazon shows I'm looking forward to Hanna season 2 and Jack Ryan season 2 at least.

I have always sunny on a back burner to binge watch the whole thing some year...starting at season 2. Good to have a backup comedy to watch if I'm ever sick etc and just need something to watch nonstop for a few weeks lol.

The Magicians will be back in Jan as well, but not sure if I'll really get back into that or not. Last season kinda ended on a place I could walk away from. Might just go with that.

Gonna eventualyl get (I think it's netflix) so I can super mega crazy insane binge watch like the last 4 seasons of flash/super girl/arrow/black lightnign etc, to prep for the return of Smallville's superman character. Gotta also rewatch like season 6+ of smallville before then as well...so lots of TV watching in store for me. Good thing I'm retired.

That's the one. I'm just worried about someone ruining the last episode on me, especially my son. For a person who complains a lot about others ruining things on him, he sure has no filter whatsoever.

Yeah, I hate having things ruined.

Have you watched Good Omens yet? I really liked that.

Peaky Blinders ended with a stupid cliff hanger so atm I'm only watching The Righteous Gemstones. I was watching season 2 of The Terror but it's horrible. They want this show to be an anthology like American Horror Story, but they should have called it something other than The Terror because "The Terror" was the name of the ship in the first season, which is loosely based on a true story. I did enjoy Carnival Row and The Dark Crystal. Also I recently watched After Life and Years and Years on Netflix. I highly recommend both shows.

Hmm cool, I have HBO but didn't know/hear about Watchmen...I'll check that out.

Prob watch His Dark MAterials as well, although I didn't like the movie they made.

I stopped watching Walking dead after my wife passed as well since we watched it together and we were even going to do WD parties in Washington when we moved here. Don't think I'll ever go back and watch the rest.

I keep hearing good things about Vikings, I really need to give it a try!

Neat, I live in WA too, Central WA... His Dark Materials looks great from the trailer, much better than the movie anyway. It looks like they're doing two seasons and it airs on BBC and HBO. I enjoy Vikings, it's one of those shows that has a lot of characters that you get invested in and want to see what happens to. The next season is going to be the last unfortunately, but they are planning to do a spinoff series.

I'm like in the middle of watching 15 different HBO shows that don't actually grab my attention enough to actually finish any of them lol. Having that problem with Carney Row as well....may give up on it soon since other shows are available now.

I am trying to watch everything I want to see on Amazon in the next month as my prime ends Oct 15 and i'm not gonna renew it till there are a few shows I want to see again (maybe after Hanna and Jack Ryan season 2's are both released.).

I gotta do the whole hulu thing to rewatch season 6-10 of smallville and eventually I'm gonna wanna grab disney in November as well. Got alot of stuff to watch over the next few months...which is pretty awesome.

I'm watching the new season American Horror Story. it's set in the 80's at a campground. it's great.

I've always been on and off with Modern Family. But I caught that, Young Sheldon, A Million Little Things, Masked Singer, and Empire.

I've been wanting to drop Empire since season three, but it always manages to be *just* interesting enough to keep watching.. I also hate that it always manages to be on at the same time as Black-ish - even after both shows changed air dates.

Liked the new sheldon, it's a short show so it never leaves me tired of watching it. Strange that I have liked it more then I ever liked BBT.

I forced myself to watch The Unicorn, I don't see how that show is going to make it.

Still gotta watch the good place, might do it later today.

I actually sorta enjoyed last season of American Horror story as I love post apocolyptic stuff and it was a call back to the best previous season in my opinion. Not sure if I can do the whole 80's camp thing though, but if I do, I'll binge watch it after the whole season is available lol.

Another one of my favorite shows is Outlander. I was expecting the next season to start this fall at the latest, but apparently it has a date now for Feb. 2020. :(

I was expecting Better Call Saul to come back some time this year, but apparently that also won't be until 2020.

Shrug, I tried it. I like the main actor (he was Boyd in Justified), but well, the concept is kinda dumb/annoying almost. There are no swarms of women out there looking for single fathers/widowers etc, in fact my friends with kids actually have a hard time dating because of it (admittingly they make a bigger deal of it then it is I'm sure).

Being a widower certainly isn't an appeal though, I had WAY more women interested in me when I was married (and not interested in them), then I did after my wife passed and I tried to start dating 2 years later.

I'll give it a few more chances and see how it evolves. Part of the reason I have a hard time watching it is my last roomate is a single dad who goes on about how nobody will date him because of that all the time (seriously constantly), so the premise kinda hits a nerve because I'm tired of hearing that.
