There's no way to know if a post got a NWD unless you try and mark it, so if someone sees the post that got NWD'd and it didn't get deleted, they're not going to know the post broke the rules. 2. You can't dispute them, which may not seem like a big deal, until you realize... 3. Being unable to dispute them means you are unable to accept them, which means they stay on your history for a full 3 weeks instead of 7 days. "so what?", well, that means it'll count against you for future moderation for 3 weeks.
