I only had time to watch the first ten or so minutes of NWA but my goodness, I felt like I was on the green shag carpet in front of the old console TV watching TBS on a Saturday morning in 1987.

I... think thats a good thing? Im not sure how much of an audience that gets you these days, or even how long my own interest will be kept, but I definitely want to watch the rest of the episode and probably the next few at least.

I feel compelled to keep up with RAW and SD out of habit but much more excited about Wednesday now, and only so much time during the week, probably gonna be WWE shows that dont make the cut. The new SD set is pretty neat, at least.

Just now got finished with it. I thought it was pretty damn good as someone new to this newer version of NWA. I really liked Eli Drake and the Storm/Aldis match. There's some nitpicky stuff I didn't like, but it is just picking nits.

I never got to watch the classic NWA or the other wrestling territories as they were before my time. I started watching wrestling in the 90s and stuck with it until around the WCW invasion. I watched WWE again around 2005-2007 then quit again. A lot of modern wrestling turns me off for various reasons so I'd get my wrestling fix by watching old stuff on youtube and the difference in quality is huge. The old wrestling just appealed to me.

This new NWA show has got me interested and now I can't wait for next week. It's been a long time since I've felt that way about a wrestling show.
