Wasnt my favorite Spider-Man movie, but it was pretty good. I enjoyed Into the Spiderverse more.

I may have enjoyed it more, if I didnt know about Mysterio being the big bad.

It throws me off how different the regular characters are. Aunt May is a proper milf. Who tf is Ned? MJ is incredibly awkward. Flash is a douche, but should be more of a jock.(I did enjoy the Easter egg of his

The scene where Mysterio first attacks Spidey is really cool. When his world/reality is melting around him, and he ends up getting hit by a train.

Also enjoyed the scene where he finally harnesses his Peter tingle. Very well done.

So what caused all of the area damage? Were the drones using their concussive blasts?

Edith shouldnt have worked for Peter at the end, but whatever.

Knowing about Mysterio was a problem for me as well.

But that can be said of any bait and switch villain. Cest la vie.

Aunt May being 75 years old with a high school aged nephew was always weird.

Certain things bugged me but they're nitpicks.

I didnt really expect anything, I was going in pretty much blind.

But yeah the twist was spoiled for me. Sucks because Beck seemed like a good big brother for Peter.

Yep, that makes me think that Beck did something to Edith, because otherwise it seems incredibly odd that Peter was able to use it right then and there. (Unless he really didn't revoke access to it himself, but I thought he did.) Plus it didn't give a definitive answer that Beck was dead/the threat was over.

So it's possible Beck is still alive.
