tl;dw

-Pre Ordered on Rockstar Launcher

-Tries to pay, keeps getting errors

-Decides it's just not working

-A half hour later gets emails from Rockstar thanking him for the purchase. Followed by 2 receipts from Pay Pal

-5 hours later gets a third receipt from Pay Pal for third purchase.
Rockstar Support had no support, took 2 hours to get to a live representative, had no idea what to do so they told him to go to Rockstar Warehouse even though he ordered it through the launcher.

-When he goes there to cancel the orders, errors constantly came up. Took him hours before he was able to get through. The support page just told him that they'll get to his email when they get to it and gave no confirmation number or anything.

-He went to Paypal, and Paypal basically assures him they won't let him get doubled dipped on this.

Apparently a lot of people are having this issue and Rockstar keeps just kind of shrugging their shoulders.

If you get errors and you keep doing it expect to be charged multiple times

Paypal is usually pretty good about this thing.
