The Marine doesn't need to tell you, he's already wearing a t-shirt or hat, or has a bumper sticker on his car, that says he's a Marine.

The Marine. They ask for a veterans discount before the menu. The vegan looks at the menu first and then complains there is no vegan section.

Who tells you what they are first? The Marine if they're young or were only in a single enlistment is probably wearing something announcing their status as a Marine. But a older one or one who was in for a long time probably isn't. A vegan will bring up their status as a vegan at some point. So lets see... The Marine you will probably know they are one if they want you to know it for whatever reason. But there is still the possibility you won't find out that night because they don't care. A vegan will tell you if you talk to them most of the time. So with a Marine there is the possibility you wont find out. But with a vegan you will find out if talked to. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
