For the past 4 hours now it's been back and forward.
It's gotten to the point the C-level in charge of the whole process for my company literally said "please forgive my language but they're fucking stupid"

I like no matter how many times we tell them this is expected behavior and cannot be resolved on our end, they insist we fix it.

They literally won't send a particular file because it's a "security and data protection risk". They had some new security policy put in a week ago. But the entire proces relies on the file. It's basically "give flie, we can do things and without it, nothing happens".

This is fun.

It's not IT.
It's finance.
So they're meant to send (without getting fired for talking about TOTALLY SECRET STUFF) a certain number of files a day then when the last one is sent it triggers a whole process.
They're not sending the last one. Like the last one literally has the fucking trigger in the script.
