I have once, it was 6 years ago. I was pretty stunned when it came to me because I've never even come close to getting even a foul ball before that

No. I got one handed to me by a player once though. I was so young I don't remember who it was, just that it was a Mets game.

Never a home run, but Frank White handed one to me personally in 1985 so thats pretty cool. Still have the ball buried in a closet somewhere.
