Old man that I know lives here is blocking the front door. Lock was changed a month ago & he refuses to get a new key(he doesnt even carry old key anymore). He has pulled the fire alarm on numerous occasions for no reason, makes lewd comments, and is just rude to everybody unless he wants inside. Would you let him in?
