How you gonna have a term like VSCO with no etymology. I'm sure now a few morons will make up some meaning using the letters like they do with all the other shit like this.

Seriously.. who thinks of this shit?

I guarantee you some low-IQ metro yuppie vsco girl was haggard and drunk at a club one night and just made that shit up and from there word of mouth carried it through the idiocracy until now we have it.

I teach Jr/Sr high school, let me fill you in.

Basically a VSCO girl is a girl who wears baggy oversized sweaters, like 50 scrunchies on her wrist, and carries around an oversized water bottle called a "hydroflask".

They constantly take selfies and say "sksksk".

It's pretty dumb.

I actually didn't mean that to come out snobbish.

Not that you'll believe me. Many people haven't heard of it. That is the best way I could describe its affinity.

As I get older, I'm not able to censor myself as well as when I was younger. I stopped giving a shit unless I'm working with a client or some formal event.
