BeerOnTap 10/25/19 10:22:16 PM #8:	Just a tip for you: defrosting poultry at room temp is a major risk for food born illness. Especially a whole bird like that. Defrost in your fridge. Typically, cuts of meats take 2 nights in the fridge. So if I intend to eat, for example, chicken breasts on Friday, Ill take them down from my freezer and put them in the fridge on Wednesday afternoon. Lokarin 10/25/19 10:46:55 PM #9:	It was tiny so it defrosted very quickly. I cooked it in the InstantPot and it cooked really nicely... But then I had a problem... when separating the hen I had a panic attack. Every time I touched it I thought I was murdering something. So I gave it to my parents :V --- "Salt cures Everything!"
