If Infinite Brain Capacity is infinite intelligence and/or the hollywood "we only use 10% of our brain what if we unlocked it all!!!11!!" then it's the clear winner. Future Sight would be neat too. Guess 3rd would be communicate with animals so I could talk to my dog. But give me Time Control, Mind Reading, or Reality Manipulation over these.
