Yes, they're about middle-low tier when it comes to frozen pizzas in general.

They used to be good, but their quality has declined drastically. I stopped buying them after they skimped hard on the toppings, if you're going to charge that much for a frozen pizza the motherfucker better be more than just crust.

I had one the other day (night outer worlds was released) and was not impressed.

I think I had one years ago and it was better then this, but it was along time ago, and it wasn't good enough even back then for me to do again.

I got 4 of em though cause they were $3 each if you bought 4 or more.

So I'll be given em a few more shots. Figure it's good to fill me up in a pinch no matter what, and 3$ is cheap for that.

But yeah, even like pizza hut....or probably even dominos would be better.

Digiono is fantastic. Haven't had it in a while, but I also tend to not have many frozen foods.

I think you bring up a lot of weird shit. At any rate, I think that it's probably among the best frozen pizzas, but their hyperbolic claim about it being indistinguishable from delivery is a pretty glaring stretch done just for advertising.

I will say this, you can't even get a pizza hut/dominos pizza here delivered for less then $13 or so after taxes (and not including tip). So it's still 15$+ even for the cheapest delivery pizza you can get.

Meanwhile on sale Digorno's was $3 each, not sure how much they are normal.

While certainly not great, I'd say they are worth $3, or even really $5 (if it's much more then $5 though probably not worth it).

That's not an apples-to-apples, because it's not like you're getting DiGiorno's delivered. But if you're talking $3 then yeah, that's cheaper than even Little Cesar's (although it's the cost of getting 2-3 slices at some places, which is probably the same amount of pizza)

Sadly you pretty much can't get a slice for less then $3 here, which really sucks (and as always the slices have minimum cheese/toppings (at least on the west coast).

Salamone's pizza is probably the best in the area and a slice is about $3.50...but the whole pie (which is 8 slices) is $22. It's more efficient to buy a pie and you can get it with the toppings you want, and it's 10% off on a few days (which pays for the toppings even).

Meanwhile little ceasars is like $8 minimum at this point, and the real competition I would say is papa murphys take and bake....which no longer has $5 favs (I believe the cheapest you can get is around $10 now)...maybe 1 is 8$).

Papa murphies meanwhile is 10x better then digornio, but it's also much more expensive AND you need to eat it within 48 hours.

Digorno, on sale is $3, same size, and can sit frozen in your freezer for a month or so until that late rainy night at 3 am when there is no way your going out, and no delivery.

It may not be great, but it has it's place.

Its like that at a lot of places. At least, at the places where they sell slices, they arent very cheap...

Yeah. It seems like buying the pie gets you like a little over a 20% discount. And getting a 10% that basically pays for ge toppings is good. But still seems expensive...

Really? At mine, its like $5 for a hot-n-ready. And $6 for an Extra Most Bestest... I think $8 is the meat trio maybe...

Yeah. I agree. It doesnt have to be amazing. Just has to taste like pizza and be food...

No, nobody on earth would ever confuse it for deliver(even shit like dominos) but its decent for what it is. far worse is out there.

I just checked our hot n ready is 7.49 and extra most bestest is 8.49.

Meat Trio is 10.49.

Prices are higher out here I guess:(

Meanwhile the Jack O special is $9 or 12$ for a family sized at Papa Murphies (and tastes better I think).

I have not had either in awhile though. I figure if I'm gonna eat pizza, I'll pay double and get the best one
possible, since I can't have it very often.

Digornio at home is just for those times I can't get pizza delivered or go get it from somewhere decent.

Thing I used to love about Papa Murphies is you can buy your own shredded mozz from the store, and
add it on, to make a very awesome pizza.

But.....you used to be able to get a $5 fav pepporoni, then buy a $5 2 pound bag of mozz that would
give you mega extra cheese for 4-5 pizzas.

So like 1$ extra basically....total of $6 and you have a super cheesy pepporoni pizza....that you can eat any time in 2 days (initially) and then reheat after that for about 3 days for good flavor still).

Now you could get a 12 inch for $9 and pay $1 more for the bonus cheese, but it's still 10$ now compared to $6 before.......might still be worth it, but I'm gonna go with the better cheese from high end pizza places for double the price.

Instead of supporting local businesses you buy factory made swill.

If were being honest, Id probably buy from a chain before a local business here. Probably taste better. But frozen has its place, like Wolfe said. On night where you dont want to go out to get one, or when all of them are closed, or when you dont have the money for them, etc...

No offense, but probably closer to a normal person that you... According to the things you say here...

But the reason is because local around here sucks. Why should I buy shitty food just because its not a chain. Or buy more expensive for just because its more expensive. Or just not eat food because the place is close. Frozen pizza has its place. Its not like Im saying its he best. But theres a reason for it.

I worked night shift for years so if I want to eat pizza at work, I can't do that. If I want to eat when I get home, frozen is the best option. Most pizza does not taste good at all warmed up, and I sure as hell won't eat it cold
