I often hear some figure thrown around like women make $0.70 for every $1 a man makes. But I've never seen real statistical data backing up this claim. Let's discuss this.

Just like everything, it depends on many, many things so any 1 or even 10 studies doesn't mean jack shit. You all need to stop looking at things in black and white, men and women, cats and dogs, and start looking at individual people around you

I work with all women. I am the only one that will stay longer and work over time when there are things to be done. So guess what, I make a little bit more money than them because of those extra hours

Some people will only look at it that I made more money than them, and judge the whole thing sexist. If I point out that I just work more hours than them, then they would say that again the system is sexist because those women have children or family duties to attend to

No, it's because I put in the extra work.

But then you'll have the other side saying that women are lazy because 100% of the ones I work with don't want to work extra hours, but that isn't true because there are millions of strong working women around the world

Stop looking at statistics and start looking at the people around you. Base your life on them, not statistical lies

if they did as good of job they would get paid as much. Men are the ones that build things, produce, improve processes, while women are sitting there in their cubicles going that guy hot, that guy not hot but I can use him to get what I want. She'll walk buy him with a shake of the posterior and then when he looks she'll get him fried for sexual harassment and take his job and then the company fails.

This is some serious MGTOW redpilled stuff.

When adjusted for things like overtime, the Gap vanishes. The closest thing you get to real discrimination is the fact that part of the gap when it is reported accounts for things like women working part-time or taking maternity leave overwhelmingly more often then the man taking time off instead.

It's a broad earnings gap between the sexes when accounting for everyone from the tip top to the people who work ten hours per week. It does exist, but nearly everything is explained away by innate differences in how the sexes proceed through life. There will certainly always be sexist owners, hiring managers, etc, but I doubt that even counts for a even a quarter percent of the gap.

It's real but the reasons why arent to cause as much ruckus as deserved.

There is a little bit of wave difference all things the same though.

Google hired a 3rd party to do a study at their HQ and they found that men were underpaid compared to women when accounting for the same roles.

But generally speaking, men tend to gravitate to higher paying jobs and chase after the money more compared to women who are work as hard as they need to be to be comfortable and would sacrifice time for their family life.
