Jupiter has the most unique letters, and ties for most letters and syllables.

What the fuck is Pluto doing here? Manlets get out.

I never understood why Pluto isn't a planet, but even more importantly, I never understood why it matters.

Something to do with its orbit, right? IIRC, the closest part of its orbit is closer than parts of Neptune's or something. To me, this is a pointless distinction. I get why orbit rules exist, like with some of these comets that orbit the sun but do so on a weird-ass paththat puts them way out in the middle of the galaxy at the far end and they just sort of blast their way through every once in a while, sure, I get why those would get their own classification. Or some other passing body that maybe manages to circle the sun a few times but never stabilizes an orbit, yeah no, you're not a planet.

But Pluto? Pluto not being a planet is against the spirit of the thing. It's far from one of those cases the orbit rules exist for, and it's against the whole purpose of defining the term in the first place. To me, the proper reaction, instead of "whoops, we accidentally called this one a planet", would have been "whoops, we accidentally misdefined 'planet'".

But getting to the point, I don't see why it matters. Pluto is still there, it's still doing fine, still orbiting the sun like it always has. It's not upset or disappointed about being reclassified. They're still going to talk about it in schools and stuff. They're just going to use a different term to introduce it. Big frickin deal.

Basically boils down to either having eight planets or potentially dozens.

Asimov argued if we were to judge our own solar system the way we judge others, we would conclude that there are "four planets, plus debris."

The more the merrier. I remember the glee they had when announcing Sedna.

But even looking at it that way, it has some stiff competetion.

Jupiter was the king of Roman gods, Uranus was a king of Greek gods and Pluto was Roman god of the underword.

Kings are sort of meh. I mean unless they actually did cool stuff, I'm not knowledgeable on mythology. Also Pluto is questionable, what with the dwarf planet thing. Being a manlet of a planet offsets the coolness of being of god of the underworld.
