I'm mostly interested since it doesn't seem like it's an overly difficult game and isn't very fast paced and I would like something to binge while I binge Pokemon so I can binge while I binge

I'm only at the beginning just did the 3rd mission, it seems people were really over exaggerating about how hard the movement is, all you do is hold the triggers and you're good.

I just wonder how much of the online building components will affect the game by playing sooner than later. Like if you wait a few months will there be a ton of roads laid out for you already?

One of the mechanics of the game causes structures to break over time so I'd imagine it'll be about the same no matter when you play.
