His healing factor doesn't stop the wound from occurring, so he could probably get vaccinated, yeah. You'd probably have to be very quick about it, though; maybe deliver the shot via modified tranquilizer darts.

His healing factory is not that fast, so they can give him a shot and remove blood from him.
