The first time I shit my pants as an adult was shortly before I graduated high school, and it was a major ordeal as I had the stomach flu and was driving so I just absolutely filled my pants, nothing I could really do in the moment. Oh wait actually I did poo in my pants once when I was hospitalized at age ~8 or 9.
