Went to the driving range for an experience and my form fucking sucked cuz I had no idea what to do. Nearly threw out my back a couple times. Then the batting cages. Oh boy. Lots of difference hitting underhand weenie throws when I was younger compared to shit coming at you 40-50 MPH. Hella hurt my wrists when I'd make contact. I have a newfound appreciation for pros that hit 100MPH balls.
