I don't know how these people found me tbh. I haven't taken Provigil in years, but I got a packet in the mail. The one question I cared about (how much $??!?) was not really answered. This is the third class action settlement I've been able to take part in like the last year so that's neat. --- The forest was shrinking, but the trees kept voting for the axe because its handle was made of wood and they thought it was one of them. ... Yeah, that would mean your doctor gave out your name and address when the lawyers in question called them up to ask if they'd ever prescribed it. That doesn't sound very consistent with most medical privacy laws I'm familiar with.

If you sign up you agree to letting them store and use your info. But I guess they already have some of that if you received a letter. Without signing up for anything it seems weird. Do you still have the same doctor who prescribed it?
