I have one of the ones with a bad keyboard and ever 2 weeks or so a random key will turn squishy for a week or so. I hate it and I've already made them fix it once (when my J key fell off this january)

Apple's hardcore about taking a bad idea and running with it so long that people begrudgingly give up, but they screwed up the butterfly keyboard so many times (for four freaking years) that they just couldn't convince anyone anymore.

And the saddest part of all - even if the butterfly keyboard worked flawlessly, it would still be awful to use due to the near-zero key travel.

pity enough time has passed that I no longer what a MacBook (anything) anymore. That being said if my Razer blade ends up being returned since the keyboard has sticky keys (as in they get stuck) who knows what Ill get next.
