One time at a dominos the manager told me to get a haircut and come back that night. Two other times I had the job in a week, but had to be kinda pushy. Just shotgun apply for a bunch and one of them could work out. If youre supe desperate you could also register for Uber/lift/DoorDash etc. but that can take some time. But I would suggest not just delivery, but any foodservice jobs you can find.
