In the context of the dream, Bill Murray declined to return, Harold Ramis was still alive, and it was Ivan Reitman who had passed away. There was also a new cast member who, in what seemed like a dig at superhero movies, dressed like DareDevil from the 2003 movie and never took off the costume.

The Zuul Building from the first film had been restored and was channeling spiritual energy yet again. Minor ghost sightings had been popping up here and there.

The Ghostbusters headquarters was relocated to the top floor of a new building. Ray (Dan Aykroyd) was called upon to check out a possible spiritual disturbance on a lower floor. When he went to investigate, he found an elevator with people trapped inside and the door was opening and closing rapidly with sparks flying out from it. Then a CGI mummy jumped out of a locker for a comic jump scare. Ray ran upstairs to grab his Ghostbusters gear and that's where the dream ended.

Bill Murray allegedly is not returning. (No surprise there.) When the real third movie comes out next year, it looks like Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson might be the only ones returning. That is unless they can get a hold of Sigourney Weaver or Annie Potts and make them full fledged Ghostbusters. I'd be down for that.
