Yeah. At least MS lets you download them and use them for 30 days like you bought them, then they expire. Thats not too bad, but even then Id rather be able to download it once and just leave it there forever.

I don't get why anyone would do this. Input lag is gonna be insane. The games are gonna look like shit cuz of compression and chroma subsampling. Can't play when your Internet connection's out. You're not even gonna have any game files, so when Google decides to shut down Stadia in a few years, you're completely fucked.
Thumper's one of the games on Stadia? Yeah, rhythm games sure are gonna work well when you have a half a second of input lag. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I have a ShieldTV. I tried playing a game, streamed from my gaming PC. Both devices wired with a gigabit connection to my router. My PC is pretty beefy. There was still enough input lag to make it literally unplayable. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I streamed games to my phone from my PC not too long ago and it was unplayable because of the input lag, unless I was in the same room and had my controller hooked up to my PC instead of the phone. Needless to say I am against streaming becoming a mainstream thing.
