Pay 1000 life points. Select 1 card from the top 5 cards in your opponents deck and banish it. Your opponent may choose to instead send that card to the graveyard and if they do, draw 2 cards.

Vague wording, too strong, not enough drawbacks to it.
Make it a random card from the top 5, draw 1 card instead.

Pay 1000 lp (-)
Select 1 of the top 5 cards in the opponent's deck at random (neutral. Select a card +, random -)
Banish it (+)/send to graveyard (+)
Draw a card (+)

Gives you a net of 2 positives to a negative if you draw, a +1 total if you don't draw.. Your opponent loses a card (-) but you lose -1000 LP and if thet let you banish it, you don't draw.
