Those stats are pretty underwhelming for OU, although I guess with the purge of over half the pokedex i guess it might get in.

What about Infernape? Wasn't Infernape OU for both Gen 4 and 5, and it had no hidden ability until Gen 5 when hidden abilities were introduced.
