They painted the front patio floor barring a path to walk on at some point while I was gone over the past 24 hours, and the paint was still wet when I got home just now. Who the fuck doesn't put a wet paint sign for paint on the fucking GROUND? I could've fucking stepped in it and tracked literal fucking paint in my apartment and maybe on my shit. What the fuck

Generally as long as it isn't actually inside the confines of your actual apartment living space, the bigger complexes have you by the balls. Something I tried to convey to my boomer parents when they were looking over one of my leases with me before - there really is no legitimate negotiation with those documents these days since there are so many apt seekers out there.
