I've seen multiple L4D clones(Vermintide being the best) where you're fighting against a bunch of AI controlled mobs.

I've seen plenty of versus games that have four players on one side but then just a single on the other.

I haven't seen a single one that does one team going for the objective and one team setting up ambushes and trying to stop them. It's such an immensely fun concept gone to waste.

Actually come to think of it, Marvel could do an amazing secret invasion based game on this....

I think Vermintide 2 is actually getting PVP at some point
